Drives past this place for year for work. Probably unlikely to return. The pizza is borderline the same quality that you get from a 7/11. Staff is great and we’re very sweet. But the pizza just wasn’t good enough to consider having again. Maybe it was just an odd day.

Yesterday was my first time trying Vitos. When walking inside there was so much yelling going on in the kitchen. Very loud yelling, swearing at each other. The cashier seemed very unphased of the yelling, must be a common occurrence since other reviews said the same. It was definitely not an inviting feeling, poor environment for a restaurant. I ordered the spaghetti and meat balls dinner. It looked great, however the first bite I took in the car it was cold. Not a medium cold but like it was taken out of the fridge and barely heated cold. Garlic bread was so dry the ends of bread just turned to dust when biting it, not a great taste either. The bread wasn't even burnt, just extremely dry. I re heated the dish when I got home. In the middle of the night I woke to an extreme pain in my stomach and immediately threw up all of the spaghetti. I am almost 98% sure I got some sort of food poisoning. My stomach felt horrible the rest of the night. Not the best experience at all.... I will probably never return after this incident.

I ordered a stromboli today on the way home from work tonight. It was all dough in the middle. I called them and was told there wasn't anything they could do untill next week, but I could email them the pictures of the issue. it's sad they lost a customer that ordered multiple times a week due to poor customer service.

I've ordered delivery from here several times now over the past few months, and it's been consistently bad overall. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after today I'm finally leaving a bad review. First of all, the food is mediocre at best. Expect it to be bland and doughy with zero seasoning, and it's usually burnt as well. Today I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, and somehow they managed to even burn spaghetti. And if you order pizza, don't bother trying to specify thin or thick crust, it will always be the same doughy mess no matter what you request. The service is awful too. A few weeks ago I had placed a delivery order, which still had not arrived long after the estimated delivery time - so I called them just to make sure they had received the order and asking if it was on its way. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and made me feel terrible for calling. And finally, this may be considered a niche issue by some, but it's important: apparently their delivery people are "not allowed to enter buildings" for delivery. The woman at the register was very friendly and energetic, serving me right away. My pizza, which I had a coupon for, was bigger than I expected and tasted good. It had a slightly sweet sauce. I didn't think I liked it at first, but I happily ate the whole thing between lunch and dinner. It seems they bank on being the pizza place from a movie, but have put 0 effort into the atmosphere other than a little display with a few pictures and autographs
